  Anybody have recommendations for a lawn service that can manage a small group of townhomes? I help manage a group of nine townhomes in Oak Cliff. I've become more and more frustrated with our lawn guys half-assing the work and after they chopped down my beloved pepper plant (thinking it was a weed, despite having peppers growing) it was the final straw. I need to find a lawn service to replace these guys. The complex is 9 units, each with it's own very small back patio area and there is a shared pool area (backyard) and shared front yard for all of the units. Not a ton of work. If anyone has recommendations, please send them my way, going to start getting quotes this week.

  I use gomow.com and they are awesome! They are very reliable and do a great job! $28 for weekly and $32 for bi-weekly.
