Katja's Cakes is now based in Hastings and continues to build a strong reputation for quality wedding cake and birthday cake designs and excellent personal customer service.
Nearly twenty years ago Katja learned how to pipe buttercream decoration directly onto cakes in New York's Cupcake Cafe for a host of celebrities; since then she has been able to offer a wholly bespoke cake decoration service providing a delectable alternative to traditional sugar craft.
Each wedding cake, birthday cake and cupcake is decorated using hand piped American buttercream, giving a totally edible and delicious eating experience.
Katja will work with you to ensure that your cake is designed to your specific requirements. Whether it is a novelty cake, cupcake or a beautiful wedding cake, every cake is made using only the best ingredients with superb attention to detail. Katja has always prided herself on producing original ideas for clients and never repeats a design, the result is a cake produced specifically for you.
