  Hi Brandy we offer an option for parents to participate in the class if they wish at True Yoga Edmonton . Classes resume sept 8 and ate on Mondays 3:45 to 4:45 and Thursdays 3:30 to 4:30 . You can call 780 660 0713 for more info . The classes are taught by Vanessa Maria Pouliot of Glow yoga .
