Hired Jodie in may to help with child care for my 2 year old at my wedding in September. She responded and said she was happy to help with my wedding. Come my wedding night she said she was unaware it was a wedding and therefore wasn't comfortable assisting with child care despite any compromise or accommodations I tried to assist her with to make it easier. I took her word for this as I didn't want to miss any more of my reception at my own wedding arguing with her about why she wouldn't assist, and paid her what she asked. The next day upon going back through the emails I can see it clearly states the child care was in fact hired for my wedding. I had discussed this with her over the phone and it was in fact Jodie I had been in direct contact with the whole time, not a fellow employee who may have miss communicated anything. She demanded to be paid 3 out of 4 hours cash then left and ignored any contact made by me, until I left a review. She was there just over 30 minutes in total including the 15 minutes in my accommodation before she made contact to let me know she'd let herself in. She arrived on site, let herself into my accommodation with out making contact. Helped herself to the fridge, lit an unprotected fire (she was meant to be watching 1-2 two year olds) and then informed me she'd been waiting on me. Refuses to acknowledge her mistake or even apologise. Found her to be extremely rude and unprofessional. Has since lied about the events that happened also
