Dear Sandy Glen Homeowners w/foggy windows (condensation)..We are having trouble with our windows w/condensation between the glass. I noticed many of our neighbors are having the same problem. The window guys said almost every one of our window needs to be replaced costing big bucks. Someone told me we just had to have the "gas" replaced but can't find any one who does that. Anyone have any experience with replacing gas or windows yourselves? Pretty sad that these windows only lasted 10 years it seems the entire neighborhood is fogging up! thanks

The companies name was "Becker's Helping Hand" Jim 404-274-1974. He replaces the sashes, not the entire window. He did say he likes to do them in batches of 5 or more at a time. Check the web, because he may have coupons out there.
Looking for someone who repairs foggy windows. I think it's the vapor seal. (Not sure)Tia

Becker's Helping Hands. He's came last year and replaced 2 of mine that had broken seals. Called him just this week to come & replace another one! 404-274-1974. Ask for Jim. Very easy to deal w/ and took very good of my home while working in it.
Can anyone recommend a good window company? I need a professional who can check the seals around several windows to determine if they need to be replaced and, if so, what it would cost. Who should I call?

We recently used Becker's Helping Hands (404)274-1974 because we had blown seals. Very thorough and professional throughout whole process. (they are a "window maintenance service")
