  Chuck at Rapid Rooter was really great. I always ask for him specifically, if I can get him (we need to get a draiin reamed out about every 2 years). He gave me lots of tips for what we could do to minimize the frequency and expense. He is OCD neat, wh ich is great when they need to make a big huge mess cleaning out a drain or a sewer. Plus he is an East Coast blue collar guy and I felt like I had family over. http://www.rapidrooterseattle.com/

  Well, he works for Rapid Rooter and Im pretty sure they charge by the hour - but we were considering doing a major project a while back and he was able to line out an estimate based on what he knew of the situation - of course, once they open everything up, sometimes there are complicating factors that increase the expense.
