They'll come check out what you want done and give you a quote based on the time they think it'll take, so if your task is not very time-consuming then that could be an economy for you. Also be mindful that most services require an initial baseline thorough cleaning, and then their job is to hold the line at that level of cleanliness. They assessed my 1,200 ft^2 house as a 1.5-hour job and it costs me $90 fortnightly.
