  Viktor F. wrote: They advertise boiler service for £45. Called them to get boiler serviced and check hot water problem. The guy spent 20 mins phoning around to find out whats wrong with hot water and finally quoted £700 for replacing hot water tank. In the end he refused to service the boiler and charged £50 call out fee which was never mentioned on their ad in "Local Shopper" or on a phone when booked them in. Money lost and boiler is still not serviced. Will have to get someone else to service the boiler. Avoid them like the plague.
