About us
Here at ABLE Clean we take pride in the quality of the work carried it by our comprehensive team of staff who have all been security checked or have worked for the family in excess of 10 years.
We started up in 2009 solely as a carpet and upholstery cleaning service and have in excess of 11 years joint experience in the Professional Cleaning Of Carpet & Upholstery. We expanded in mid 2009 into general & contract cleaning. In 2011 we setup as a one stop shop to all your household needs whether it's carpet cleaning, putting up a shelf or building an extension we can do it all.
As a company we re-invest over 72% of our profit each year back into new equipment and improving the services we provide.
PROFESSIONAL CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING
We are the only carpet cleaning company covering Thanet, Dover, Canterbury & Kent who actually use 100% steam and very little chemical other than odour removal and sanitiser to boost our cleaning process. Occasionally we have to use a strong chemical to shift a red wine stain or a rust mark from a radiator etc, but generally we try to use Eco-friendly chemicals where we can.
Our largest machine can run at 1200PSi if required, can generate 110 degrees of steam constantly and has the suction power of approximately 26 Dysons. No one locally has one and we have invested in excess of £14,000 in our carpet cleaning equipment, this combined with Ben and my experience cannot be matched.

GENERAL CLEANING/END OF TENANCY/ONE OFF CLEANS
We currently have 5 cleaners employed and our longest serving member of staff having worked with our family for over 35 years, we must treat her to well! We take pride in our cleaning and there is no stone unturned on a deep clean.
We currently work for 4 of the Largest Established Estate Agents locally and we also offer Holiday let management and cleaning.
BUILDING & MAINTENANCE
We have a 11 member strong team... show more of a carpenter, 2 multi skilled workers, 2 labourers, a plumber, heating/gasengineer, electrician, plasterer, builder and myself who together cannot be beaten for our combined knowledge and expertise. We have carried out over 400 large building/renovation projects and a full portfolio is available to view at our office.

HOLIDAY LETTING SPECIALIST
We have a few of our own holiday lets locally as well as 11 that are regularly cleaned all year round and 5 that we also manage which includes cleaning, meet and greets, hampers, advertising and a 24 Hour callout service.
