  Comments on other people's suggestions: Maguro is operated by a Korean family and it's "middle-of-road"; you can do better. Food at Umu is good, but over-priced. Sake No Hana is a multi-course "experience", and again, pricy. Good sushi, but not a place you want to go "just for sushi"; good sake though.
