  Spice China is louisville or China Gourmet in Longmont. Both "nice" sit down Chinese with traditional and American faves. Ordering at China Gourmet is a little odd. You do order at the counter, but the rest is a sit down experience. Panang Thai in Lafayette, May Wah in Boulder, Pearl Wok in broomfield are also solid choices.

  We are total snobs when it comes to Chinese. PF Changs@Flatirons mall in a pinch. Our only go-to for Chinese is Spice China in Louisville.

  Spice China (nice sit down restaurant) but they don't deliver; for delivery in Lafayette, I like Colorado Wok (really good soups); and for fast take out, good and cheap, Chef King near King Soopers on S. Boulder.
