  My clients (Dave Ward & Monica Koon Ward) offer free coaching with the purchase of any Beachbody in-home fitness program. They are awesome and focus a lot on nutrition (since you can't workout a bad diet). It's all done through private Facebook groups, so even tho they're in San Diego, it works for LA.
