About us
Mr. Solomon has more than 30 years of experience in representing nationally known and startup franchisors including individual franchise purchasers as well as represented clients in residential real estate transactions and commercial. He also has handled appeals and trails. He has years of experience in the preparation of disclosure documents, startup franchise system documentation including state registration applications and providing advice on individual purchasers and negotiation of real estate contracts, commercial litigation and closings & title insurance. He is serving as the chairman of civic and community organizations and also of Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival since 1997. He is the member of American Bar Association, Florida Bar, New York and others. He is also the former president of Japan Society of South Florida. He got his education from J.D., New York University of Law School and B.A., from University of Rochester.
