Changes Hair Studio was established in 1997, owned and opperates by Glenda Keeping. Glenda is a licensed Hairstylist for over 25 yrs. She was born and raised in the Shelburne area and still lives in Shelburne.
At Changes there are five, full time stylist and a assistant, who strives to meet every clients haircare needs.
We offer a variety of services such as mens, womens and childrens cuts and styles, Colours, Perms, Foiling (lowlites and highlites), hair dipping, Ombre colors,conditiong treatments, Up styles and waxing.
