  Molly, thanks for suggesting Nishkama Yoga. We have Yoga Basics classes on M/T/W/Th/Sat - I teach the 7:30 Thursday class. Also, our Slow Flow could be an nice option once you feel like you feel a bit more secure in poses/instruction.
