  Dear friends, I really need dental help. Something weird is happening with my gum or tooth on the right side, in back. It might be related to previous issues I've had. I have no health insurance and not much money. Is there any devotee dentist who would give me one checkup appointment for free? I am in increasing pain! I have been putting coconut oil, water and baking soda mix on it, but it only helps the pain, not the swelling. I can't chew on that side anymore, either. Please help!!
