  Landlord Issues / Lawyer Recommendations? Can anyone recommend a lawyer (real estate) in the local area (Cleveland Heights)? I’ve done some internet research, but some here may have had good experiences and since I’ve never had to go this route I thought I would check. My family and I moved to Cleveland in June and without getting into too much detail we’ve had issues since day one (we’re renting a house). I’m finally done trying to resolve things through our landlord and will be seeking to terminate our lease through arbitration. I’m most concerned with water damage throughout the house that has not been properly addressed. Some of these issues have gone on longer than one month and based on Ohio tenant laws it does seem that if issues are not adequately resolved or being handled with-in a month that is cause for termination of lease. I’m open ears to any suggestions. Thanks for your help.
