  sooo...i need to have a broken molar pulled - not fixed - PULLED! Can anyone recommend a dentist that will only do this and nothing else (except for sedation, of course!)? My teeth are in bad shape - I know this. There is a reason they are in bad shape - dentists can't deaden the nerves - so i don't go. Money is also an issue because it would cost alot to be sedated and take care of all of the problems I now have. So for now, I just want this tooth pulled. Any recommendations?
