  City Spa is definitely a spa environment. It's more of a massage/spa that also does manicures, if that makes sense. http://www.cityspa.com/

  They don't do hair, but you can get massages, facials, and nails done at City Spa. It's my favorite place in C'ville and they don't try to sell you a bunch of stuff afterwards.
