  Need a recommendation for a reliable heating and air company that will give us an honest answer and not rip us off. We had a brand new unit installed in July. We have had constant problems when running the heater. Our home warranty company has sent the same company out three times. They have said they do not know what is wrong with it as everything looks okay to them. Heater will constantly run and auxiliary heat comes on even when it over 55 degrees outside. We never make more than a 1 or 2 degree change at a time due to it has a heat pump. Heater will all of a sudden fall 3-4 degrees below desired temp and struggle all day to keep up. We are done with the warranty company and would like to get this resolved. We are located in Portland. Thank you in advance.
