  Ok I got it. Mondo Gela http://www.mondo.vn/. Ice cream is ok, haven't tried its dinner.

  The other nice one is pane something very near the Opera house. Da Paola would be first choice too but there are others. Also the mondo franchise,.. The one on Nguyễn Chí Thành, I've always had a good time at but they are not as well run as da Paolo.
