  Not explicitly startup related, but I'm hoping someone might have some ideas! Does anyone have any recommendations for printers that can do spiral bound notebooks with elastic strap closures (a la moleskine, to hold it shut when not in use)? With custom pages printed on the inside - not just branded notebooks with blank or lined pages. This was a super highly requested feature for my Kickstarter & I thought it would be easy to find but thus far my search for local ATX based printers that can do this has come up completely dry. I might have to give up on it but wanted to thoroughly investigate my options before I did so - so any recs for printing/notebook companies that could be of assistance (US or Canada based) would be GREATLY appreciated.
