Does anyone know of a Pro Bono Lawyer in Orange or Beaumont? My son is beneficary for a life insurance policy his Dad had. In order for my son to get that money now I have to send them papers that I have guardianship over his estate and property. Go figure!! I have tried numerous times to go through lone star legal aid but I can never get through. I can't afford a lawyer that charges $2000.00. I am lucky to have $20.00 in my pocket. The insurance is ready to settle. If I don't present guardianship papers - the money goes in a trust til he reaches the age of majority. Please help!
