  http://www.snobar.org/contact.htm If you call the Snohomish County Bar referral service, they will refer you to an attorney in family law, and you will get a half hour free with the attorney, but you pay a fee to the SCBA -- it used to be $35. Pretty good deal really. There is also CLEAR
