  Sani resort in Greece covers most of your criteria - not sure about the pools. I saw a wheelchair using teenager there last year; they were completely independent in the hotel and the surrounding area - all of which are part of the same resort.http://www.sani-resort.com/en_GB

  Ant if you are going in the summer dubai and Oman are def best avoided. Look at Sani beach http://www.sani-resort.com/en_GB or Cyrprus - http://www.anassa.com.cy/ and all the Thanos hotels are lovely. Spain - i can tell you exactly where to go and where i grew up - calella de palafrugell. Stunning, full of the great and good from barcelona. V family, c chic, v child friendly. Or Mallorca. Avoid at the costa del sol at all costs! xx
