  I am waiting in anticipation to see the first appearance of a 100% grain-free restaurant in some town in the United States. To me, that will be a great sign that this way of eating is getting traction. Or have I missed something ? Does anyone know of a restaurant that only serves meals that are Wheat Belly (or Paleo diet) friendly ? If not, I am quite sure that it's only a matter of time.
