We go to Dr. Casal in cookeville! It's also a birthing center so if course he has midwives there as well you can see http://www.infinitybirthingcenter.com/?page_id=3 That's their website!! It's "infinity birthing center" have location in crossville now also! Only prenatal visits there not actual birthing center as cookeville does.
