  I don't think there is one in Buford. But I would recommend Dr Gerald Silverboard with Atlanta Family Neurology. His main office is in Sandy Springs which is not a terrible drive. Carter has been seeing him for the last 3 yrs and I am very pleased. (404) 255-2670
