Had a bathroom/wet room fitted in our property last year which seems to have sprung a leak... Bathroom fitter came out, promised to be back on the Saturday to start fixing it...disappeared into thin air and blocked phone number what a coward! Company 2 came round, charged £60 for a days work (he was here an hour or so) changed a tap and put isolators on mains so we could work out which supply was causing problem...we are none the wiser and they suddenly couldn't do the job! Company 3 came round, assured me they wanted the job, it looked quite involved so would need a couple of weeks spare to focus on it....they have nothing for 6 weeks is that ok? (It'll have to be) then also disappeared... Does anyone actually want some work? Wife is fed up of strangers in the house, both fed up of being let down....all of these people were local 'recommended' firms.
