  Betsy McQuery., #886-9094; on S. National across from Meyers fitness Center next to Metropolitan bank. My five year old nephew had 8 or 9 cavities filled. Every single time we went by her office, he wanted to visit with Dr. Betsy because he liked her. I have had two root canals; 3 cavities renewed because they were old metal fillings; and 4 new tiny fillings because my gums have eroded from brushing too aggressively. I don't even feel the needles literally. She puts an external topical oinment on to deaden gum; then gives me a tiny tiny shot; then waits; then gives me the big needles - the first shot hurts less than hitting my gun with my toothbrush accidentally. (I despise needles to the point I passed out when my cat got a shot and passed out once just seeing a needle, etc.) I love love love my dentist and look forward to my 2 yearly appts like a spa treatment. She is the best ever dentist. They commented the last time I should do commercials for her because she is such a fabulous dentist. And, last but not least, I have seen her with 4 little girls all under the age of 8 down to maybe 2, chatting with her like she was their best friend during, before, and after their app'ts. She also has 4 adult children. Can you tell I love my dentist. Call me if you want more stories of how awesome she is!!!

  Anyone know a dentist in town who cares about people. I tripped last night and broke a number of my teeth. Called my dentist and have not heard back. Called a number of others also. Even called the emergency dental in Springfield. They said I had to be a patient or have a referral. Very frustrating.
