  West Chester Veterinary Center. They have indoor/outdoor runs for each kennel plus 1-1 courtyard time with the caretaker at no extra cost 5-6 times per day. They are affordable and very kind/affectionate with the animals. They will give you a walk thru w/o an appt. http://www.wcvetcenter.com
