The apt is in Coral Gables its a fully furnished 2 bed 2 bath on the 10th floor. Safe covered parking for your car. Nice and safe neighborhood too. It's one block from the miracle mile where you have lots of restaurants/shops. 20 min from the beach and 15 min from Brickell area. No deposits of any kind necessary, just rent.
