  John M. wrote: These days it is hard or impossible to find a business that goes above and beyond. Norm's plumbing is just such a business. We heard good things about Norm and called about a leaking kitchen sink. They came out and fixed the original leak and charged a very competitive price. A week later another leak developed and Norm came out, diagnosed the problem and said he would come by and swap out our old faucet when we got a new one. I did, called Norm and he came out and spent 1.5 hours installing the new faucet ... FREE OF CHARGE! There were some issues installing the new faucet but Norm tackled it and it looks and works great! This is the kind of service that is woefully missing these days. Thanks to Norm and his staff for the courteous and professionalism. Greatly appreciated. Roger L, GPW
