  Taxi to Castle Hill Hospital Hello everyone. My partner has an appointment at Castle Hill Hospital, in Cottingham, next week. Does anyone know how easy is it to get a taxi from Cottingham train station? I know there is a bus but we will be tight on time as all the trains arriving earlier are ridiculously more expensive (we are travelling from London). Would it be best to book a taxi in advance?

  Yes I’d say that your best option is to prebook a taxi however there is a black cab taxi rank out the front of the train station. I always use the ride taxi app, it’s kinda like Uber but only operates in Hull. A couple of local taxi numbers are 01482 353535 or 575757.
