  Joe Badali's has sectioned off areas that might work. We were also seated in a closed off area at Mangia E Bevi http://www.mbresto.com/ - and I think it would be able to accommodate 20. There is Gio Rana's Really, Really Nice Restaurant but it's in the east end and not in the core and I am pretty sure they have a private room. http://www.yelp.ca/biz/gio-ranas-really-really-nice-restaurant-toronto. I think Enoteca Sociale also has a private room
