  My GSD is struggling with Dm as well as arthritis. I currently use a sling to help up & down stairs. She can walk somewhat ok on her own but likes to lie Dow outside for the most part. I'm wondering if there are any suppliers of wheel carts in the Edmonton, Alberta area or western Canada for that matter. I believe this will greatly improve her mobility and well being.   Hi everyone ... I am hoping someone in Kamloops has a left leg dog brace for a torn ACL. My poor boy Rex has torn his ACL and the surgery is close to $6000.00 ... which he would not make it through frown emoticon Rex and Roxy came to me as foster dogs in October through Marvelous Mutts. They were both diagnosed with an aggressive form of skin cancer and the community came through with donations to help with their medical bills.. Roxy lost her battle a fee weeks back the following weekend Rex turned the wrong way and tore his ACL ..it happened in a matter of seconds he can no longer walk on all 4 legs he is in pain and on a med regime of pain killers and gravol to keep him semi sedated / non active while his leg heals but my missing piece is this brace that I have researched the only thing is I have to order it from the states and the cost is close to 500.00 with out shipping ... so I am hoping someone in Kamloops has one that they are no longer using and would sell it to me. Or possibly knows of where I can get one in Canada for a half decent price. I know some of you are familiar with Rex ' s story so you know that this is just another hurdle and mountain to climb so he can have a quality of life for the rest of the time he has left.
