  Looking for a hair stylist who is able to volunteer an hour or two at the Downton Abbey teaparty (at the Grand Forks Public Library) on Feb. 28th at 2:30. You get to play a lady's maid dressing her lady's hair for a fancy teaparty. Lots of delicious scones to eat!
