  Hi there. My son and I have a mark 4 Spitfire that needs a bit of welding and fettling before it can be MOT'd. We have done some of the work and there is more we can do but really need help and advice with the welding and one or two mechanical issues.   Hello Michael, welcome to our group...... Beautiful car & very very lovely passenger..... smile emoticon My spitfire isn't complete without somebody to lick the windscreen..... wink emoticon !! Commercial garages that are sympathetic to classics that I know of are ACG Aut o Repairs (Cheltenham 01242 519995..... Ashley) and Kilcot Garage (Out passed Newent 01989 720343 Chris or Jer). If you are looking for more local help....... Best bet is to pop along on Monday 19 th January or any 3 rd Monday of the month to the Swan Inn at Coombe Hill (Gl19 4BA) where we meet & other members will have more suggestions..... We are a very friendly helpful bunch with plenty of answers...... smile emoticon
