  Janet - I've used Michael's Plumbing - he redid my basement toilet - it had been installed very poorly and needed help. He wasn't the cheapest, but he got the work done quickly and efficiently. Also, he didn't inflate the materials price.   I recently used Michael's Plumbing - Mike works out of Poughkeepsie. My basement toilet was a major problem and he resolved it pretty well. He's not the cheapest but prices are reasonable. He also gave me options for the work with a range of prices. He also called back a couple of times to make sure everything was OK. He's the highest rated local plumberon Angies List 845 559-7697
