  We always call Pat Walters and Sons - (734) 483-5811. I believe that if you wait until November, their prices drop, but I find them reasonable in any case. A company called Dunrite Heating has called our house several times offering cleaning for a really good price, but I cant find anything about them. Does anyone have an opinion? Thanks
