  It is true! Our entire stake is wonderful!!! smile emoticon I will say that schools in 2 nd ward are really great as well as Portland and 3 rd ward. Flour Bluff Isd has always been good too. My daughter's school is a charter that it wouldn't matter what ward you live in, your kids could attend it. We love it so far! If interested, check out sstcc.org
