  Hi all :) I am 42 and diagnosed w/Chiari I two months ago, after an ER trip due to severe head and neck pain. I am heading to Vanderbilt tomorrow for my initial appt as I am certainly a candidate for surgery. I am a little hesitant b/c the ns doesn't specialize in Chiari. I live in Chattanooga, TN but will travel fir this- any recommendations for a great Chiari surgeon?? Thanks:)
