About us
South Shore K9 Academy is New York's premier school for dogs and dog owners. We are an indoor dog training, socialization, fitness, fun and educational facility located in Oceanside, Long Island, NY. We offer private 1-on-1 training and group classes for both dogs and people. Our classes use all positive, reward based methods, designed to motivate dogs, and educate people in bonding, understanding, communicating and working with their dogs. We offer Private At-Home training as well, in obedience and problem correction.
Our owner and head instructor, Brandon Karp, is a certified Master Dog Trainier and Behavior Consultant, with a life-time of dog experience, and has been working with dogs since he was a little.
