  Hi ladies! My bf and I are looking for a gym that also has a daycare in it since we don't really have any friends or family in the area since we moved here only recently. The only gym I can find with a daycare in it is the edge fitness and the closest one to us is in Hamden. Has anyone had any experience with this gyms daycare? My 16 month old son is so attached to his father and I, and I know he will scream the second we leave him with someone so I'm afraid of how the employees will react if my son screams the entire time he's left with them.

  Can anyone recommend a good, clean, affordable gym in the area (Enfield, Somers etc). I recently bought a year at Club Fitness but they dont believe in running their AC at certain times of the year because as I was told by their staff that the "owner will not pay to run the AC yet" when it was almost 90 degrees in the building yesterday. I just cannot workout in 90 degrees and not feel sick from over heating...

  Anyone know of a great personal trainer? I'm looking for someone who is experienced with helping people lose a large amount of weight, not just a few pounds or "toning up". I've seen a few PTs but I felt it was a cookie cutter session, not individualized for my body personally. I'm in Enfield but will travel a reasonable distance, or can be trained here at my home gym.
