  After 2 calls, and waiting the stated 24 hours for a return call, Ellison is still without a dentist appt a week later. Looks like we will have to go out of network. Can anyone recommend a gentle, inexpensive pediatric dentist. She has a cavity and a loose front tooth so I'd like her in ASAP. Thanks.
