The Clinic currently serves more than 940 patients per month with free or low-cost medical care. Although we are located in Phoenixville, our patients also come from everywhere in the five-county Philadelphia area as well as the states of New Jersey and Delaware. In fact, we have treated patients from over 114 different countries in the world! Unfortunately, the economic crisis has had a huge impact on the population we serve. Clinics like ours all over the country are seeing an increase in new patients. We have imposed geographical restrictions for the first time in our history. Current patients will not be affected by this change, but new patients will be limited to the geographical areas surrounding the Phoenixville and Paoli Hospitals. We have compiled an extensive list of other area clinics and health resources, so that when someone calls from outside of our geographical area, we have other resource options for them.
Does The Clinic take donations? We have a lot of unopened, completely sterile, never even unpacked boxes of wound care items (he had a partial foot amputation). Or does anyone know of a local charity? Thanks.
