So can anyone recommend an AMAZING hair dresser that can do platinum blonde roots and tone my roots so it looks like one color? I don't prefer to sport orange roots lol. I'm pretty high maintenance when it comes to my hair so I can't handle anything but the best. I've been in salons where it has taken them up to 7 hours for damn roots and still be terrible. My hair dresser has me in and out in 2 hours and really knows what she is doing. Suggestions?
