  Builder recommendations please! We're looking at a loft conversion later this year and I'm trying to find a builder. I've got a quote from the big boys - Landmark Lofts - who are both comprehensive and expensive as expected. But would like to get some quotes from smaller local firms. I've had two recommendations but so far neither have been able to quote. If you've had a similar job done recently and think your builders were amazing and reasonably priced - please let me know!
