  Looking to move marinas when my lease is up. I'm currently in Annapolis on s Spa Creek paying roughly $6k a year with no amenities except for a bathroom/shower. I want to cut the cost down as much as possible, have at least wifi and friendly/quiet neighbors would be great also. Any suggestions in the Baltimore / Annapolis area?
