  Hello Ottumwa and the surrounding area. I am in need of a carpenter/handyman I have some things I want to get done on one of our homes here in Ottumwa. So If someone wants to contact me here I have pictures of what I want done I will email you and we can go from there. I am hoping to start soon... these are not large projects. More of a conglomeration of small projects. So if you know of someone have them call 515-462-0455 and leave a message. Fascia Replacement Window Sill repairs/replacement replace some exterior Trim. Remove a window and frame out a new door in its place. Install New Kitchen CounterTops Remove a section of kitchen Counter Top Sand hardwood stairs and Banister Hang some steel siding Repair a soffit. Build a Deck We will purchase all materials I know what and how everthing needs to get done...I just do not have enough time to do all these things as I would like them all completed by June 1st. So If any of my friends know of an enterprising person looking for some side work please have them call me ASAP. BTW I only want someone who knows how stick with a task and finish it. I wont pay you before you start or finish. each taks for an agreed upon price. If you are too busy to start and complete a task in a timely fashion or a mutually agreed upon price then Im not interested your services.
